DESCRIPTION

The MCP25625T-E/SS is a complete, cost-effective CAN solution that integrates a CAN 2.0B controller with a physical CAN transceiver. It supports data rates up to 1 Mb/s and features a high-speed SPI interface that operates at up to 10 MHz for communication with a host microcontroller. The device includes three transmit buffers, two receive buffers, and six configurable filters to efficiently manage CAN bus traffic. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, very low standby current, and robust protection features, it is suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications.
