DESCRIPTION
The MCP3201T-BI/SN is a 12-bit successive approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter with on-board sample and hold circuitry and a single pseudo-differential input. This B-grade device offers high precision with a maximum Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of ±1 LSB and operates from a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. Communication is handled via a simple serial interface compatible with SPI protocol modes 0,0 and 1,1, supporting sampling rates up to 100 ksps at a 5V supply. Housed in an 8-lead SOIC package for industrial temperatures, its low-power CMOS design makes it ideal for sensor interfaces, process control, and battery-operated data acquisition systems.
