DESCRIPTION

The TAP800K220E is a high-power, heat-sinkable planar resistor designed to dissipate 800 watts when mounted to an appropriate heat sink system. It provides a resistance of 220 ohms with a standard tolerance of ±10%. The component features a specially designed resistive element for low inductance and capacitance, ensuring stable performance and high pulse loading capability. Encased in a resin-filled epoxy with a high alumina ceramic base, it is suitable for applications such as variable speed drives, power supplies, robotics, and motor control.
