DESCRIPTION
The ESD7351HT1G is a transient voltage suppressor designed to protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.6 pF maximum, a fast response time of less than 1 ns, and a reverse working voltage of 3.3 V. This device provides robust ESD protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, withstanding ±20 kV for both contact and air discharge. Housed in a compact SOD-323 package, it is ideal for designs where board space is at a premium. Its low capacitance makes it particularly suitable for protecting high-frequency designs, including USB 2.0 high-speed lines, RF signals, antennas, and Near Field Communication (NFC) circuits.
