DESCRIPTION

The MMPQ2222A is a quad general-purpose NPN silicon transistor array containing four independent transistors in a single SO-16 package. Each transistor is rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 40 Vdc and a continuous collector current of 500 mAdc. Key performance characteristics include a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 100 at an IC of 150 mA and a typical current-gain bandwidth product of 350 MHz. The device operates over a wide junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Its integrated quad design is ideal for applications requiring matched transistors, saving board space and improving thermal performance in circuits like differential amplifiers and current mirrors.
