DESCRIPTION

The AP12-1-65F-252 is a two-pole hydraulic magnetic circuit protector designed for 50/60Hz AC circuits with a nominal current rating of 2.5 amperes and a 65F delay characteristic. This fully sealed magnetic circuit protector combines power switching with accurate, reliable circuit protection featuring inverse time delays and trip-free operation. The 65F delay provides a peak amplitude trip threshold of 13 times rated current at 60Hz, offering protection against transient overcurrents while maintaining stability during normal operation. The unit features toggle-style terminals and weighs approximately 1.8 ounces per pole, with an auxiliary switch rated for 3.0 amps at 120 VAC or 50 VDC. This protector is ideal for aerospace, industrial control, and power distribution applications where precise, temperature-independent circuit protection is required.
