DESCRIPTION

AP12-1-72-502 is a two-pole magnetic circuit protector from the Airpax AP series, designed for DC applications with short time delay characteristics and a nominal amperage rating of 5.0 amperes. This fully sealed hydraulic magnetic circuit protector combines power switching with accurate, reliable circuit protection featuring inverse time delays and trip-free operation. The unit maintains consistent trip current performance across a wide temperature range, unlike thermal circuit protectors, and is available with auxiliary switch ratings of 3.0 amps at 120 VAC or 50 VDC.
