DESCRIPTION

102153-5 is a universal ejection style pin header designed for military applications with center and dual polarized configurations. It features 2.54 x 2.54 mm (.100 x .100 inch) center spacing and a post length of 2.79 mm (.110 inch), with duplex contact plating consisting of 0.00058 mm (.00015 inch) gold on the mating end and 0.00254-0.00508 mm (.000100-.000200 inch) bright tin-lead on the termination end, with 0.00127 mm (.000050 inch) nickel underplating. The connector accommodates 24 positions and is designed for PC board mounting with 0.89 mm (.035 inch) diameter holes for soldering, compatible with 1.57 mm (.062 inch) thick PC boards. This pin header is ideal for military and aerospace applications requiring robust, reliable interconnection with standardized spacing and proven latch compatibility.
