DESCRIPTION

The 102154-6 is an AMP-LATCH universal ejection pin header designed for ribbon cable interconnect applications. It features 26 positions with a 2.54 × 2.54 mm (0.100 × 0.100 inch) centerline matrix spacing, preloaded square contacts with gold plating (30 µm gold flash over palladium nickel), and a 0.64 mm (0.025 inch) post size. The connector is housed in a black thermoplastic GF material with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, includes dual polarizing bars for military-grade mating alignment, and is compatible with wave solder processes up to 265°C. The termination post length is 2.79 mm (0.110 inch) with tin-lead over nickel solder tail plating, and it mounts vertically on PCBs with a recommended thickness of 1.57 mm (0.062 inch). This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable, high-density interconnections in industrial and military environments where robust mating alignment and preloaded contact pressure are essential.
