DESCRIPTION

103741-3 is a single-row, 3-position breakaway header connector designed for wire-to-board applications with .100 [2.54] inch center spacing and unshrouded .025 [0.64] inch square posts. The header features a polyester housing rated 94V-0 in white, with copper alloy posts available in tin plating or .000030 [0.00075] inch minimum gold over nickel finish. This connector is part of the AMPMODU product line and is compatible with .100 inch centers for insulation displacement (IDC) connectors (MTA-100 standard). The design includes slotted contacts for IDC terminal technique, lubricated contacts to prevent fretting corrosion, and one-step assembly capability. These headers are end-to-end stackable and commonly used in personal computer systems and other computer industry applications requiring reliable wire-to-board interconnection.
