DESCRIPTION

The 103971-3 is an AMPMODU MTE receptacle assembly with guide ribs designed for wire-to-board and wire-to-wire interconnect applications in industrial equipment. This product features insulation displacement contacts (IDC) or crimp snap-in contact options with available plating in 15 µ" Au, 30 µ" Au, or Matte Tin finishes. The assembly supports 2–25 positions per row with a 100 mil centerline spacing, operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, and carries a maximum current rating of 3 amps per single contact in free air. The guide ribs enable ganging of smaller receptacle assemblies to form larger single or double-row latching connectors with polarization features. This product is commonly used in medical instruments, automotive controls, computers, commercial printers, appliances, and telecommunications equipment where reliable, cost-effective interconnection is required.
