DESCRIPTION

104450-3 is a component within the TE Connectivity AMPMODU MTE interconnect system designed for wire-to-board and wire-to-wire applications. The system supports insulation displacement contacts (IDC) with 22-30 AWG wire range or crimp snap-in contacts with 20-32 AWG wire range, and offers current ratings of 3 amps maximum per single contact in free air with 267 V operating voltage. It features assembly designs with latching and polarization capabilities, available in three plating options, and operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C. The system accommodates 2-25 positions per row with double row coupling shrouds allowing 8-50 position configurations. Common applications include medical instruments, automotive controls, computers, copiers, commercial printers, appliances, and telecommunications equipment.
