DESCRIPTION

The 1-1423166-5 is an AGASTAT 7000 Series industrial electropneumatic timing relay designed for precision timing control in industrial applications. It features selectable operation modes including on-delay, true off-delay, and on/off-delay configurations, with timing adjustable in linear increments from 0.1 seconds to 60 minutes using oversize serrated adjustment knobs with high-resolution markings. The relay supports standard coil voltages from 6–550VAC and 12–550VDC, with available 2-pole or 4-pole contact arrangements (2PDT or 4PDT), and includes inherent transient immunity for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. Multiple enclosure options are available including explosion-proof, dust-tight, watertight, hermetically-sealed, and NEMA 1 configurations, with flexible mounting choices such as surface mount, panel mount, and octal plug-in mounting. Auxiliary timed and instantaneous switches can be added for enhanced switching flexibility, and the modular design allows field replacement of timing head, coil assembly, and switchblock components.
