DESCRIPTION

1-2178711-8 is an 18-position female on board surface mount (SMD) connector from TE Connectivity's Micro-MaTch Value-line Connector Family. This connector features a 1.27 mm (0.050 inch) centerline pitch and top entry design, providing reliable gas tight and corrosion free connections through insulation displacement contacts. The connector accepts standard ribbon cables and is designed for cost-effective interconnection solutions in industrial, consumer, and datacom applications.
