DESCRIPTION

The 1-2221760-6 is a sealed AMPLIMITE D-subminiature receptacle connector from TE Connectivity designed for environmentally protected applications requiring IP67-rated performance. This high-density Series 90 connector features Shell Size 6 with 104 contact positions and incorporates grommet sealing, interfacial seal, and internal connector sealant to protect against water and dust ingress. The connector uses Size 22 rear-release crimp contacts compatible with AS39029 QPL specifications and supports wire ranges of 28–22 AWG for pins and 24–20 AWG for sockets. Tested to 1 meter submersion depth, this connector exceeds standard MIL-DTL-24308 requirements and is ideal for harsh industrial, marine, and outdoor applications where reliable sealed connectivity is essential.
