DESCRIPTION

1-2312501-2 is an M12 series railway connector designed for field assembly applications requiring robust EMI/RFI shielding and reliable cable strain relief. The connector features 360° EMI/RFI shielding, torsion and vibration proof cable strain relief using crimp flange technology, and machined crimp contacts. It offers an IP67 protection rating, operates over a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C (-30°C with boot), and supports data transmission rates up to 10 Gbit/s per IEC 11801:2002. The connector meets railway standards including EN 61373 Class 1 and fire performance standards NFF 16101, 16102, and EN45545-2, making it ideal for Industrial Ethernet, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, IO link, and Profibus applications in railway environments.
