DESCRIPTION

1241003-1 is a DIN tubular end sleeve with plastic collar designed for reliable crimped connections of 1.50 mm² flexible leads according to DIN 46228, Part 4. The ferrule features a copper sleeve with galvanic tin plating and a polypropylene plastic collar rated up to +120°C, with an insulation diameter maximum of 3.2 mm. Key dimensions include length A of 14.5 mm, width B of 8.0 mm, sleeve thickness C of 1.8 mm, inner diameter D of 3.4 mm, and collar height E of 4.1 mm, supplied in strip form with a strip length of 10.0 mm. The product is crimped using AMP precision tools to form a gas-tight connection, with color-coded insulation protecting the connection from contact. This ferrule is ideal for automotive powertrain systems, safety and security systems, and other applications requiring secure wire termination in switching cabinets, control units, and equipment with row clamp or poke-in clamp connectors.
