DESCRIPTION

The 1375793-1 is a press-fit PC/104 connector header designed for stackthrough applications with 2 breakaway standoffs, enabling reliable board-to-board interconnection in embedded computing systems. The connector features phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating (0.00015 inches minimum on mating receptacle end and 0.00005 inches minimum on remainder) over 0.00050 inches nickel base, or alternatively with matte tin plating on the compliant section for lead-free applications. The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic rated 94V-0, with steel screwlocks featuring clear chromate over zinc finish. The connector is keyed for proper orientation and includes a 0.100 inch typical pitch grid pattern with 0.025 inch square contact geometry. This connector is ideal for PC/104 embedded systems, industrial computing modules, and applications requiring robust press-fit interconnection with mechanical stability provided by the standoff design.
