DESCRIPTION

The 1-499923-0 is a universal ejection style pin header designed for military applications with center and dual polarization options. It features 2.54 x 2.54 mm [0.100 x 0.100 inch] center spacing and is available in multiple post lengths (1.10 mm, 2.79 mm, 3.94 mm, and 15.5 mm) with duplex contact plating. The contact plating includes 0.00058 mm [0.00015 inch] gold on the mating end, 0.00254–0.00508 mm [0.000100–0.000200 inch] bright tin-lead on the termination end, with entire contact underplated 0.00127 mm [0.000050 inch] nickel. This pin header is compatible with AMP-LATCH receptacles and supports configurations with or without strain relief, making it suitable for ribbon cable connectors and applications requiring secure, reliable interconnections in military and industrial environments.
