DESCRIPTION

1-5120525-1 is a 64-position fine pitch SMT plug connector designed for parallel board-to-board stacking applications, compliant with IEEE 1386 standards. This connector features a 1.0mm contact pitch, 50µ" gold plating, and is configured without a pickup cap but with latching posts for secure mating. The plug has dimensions of A: 31.0mm, B: 34.58mm, C: 35.9mm, D: 34.4mm, and a height (H) of 6.35mm, supporting stack heights of 8.00mm and 16.00mm when paired with compatible receptacles. It offers a current rating of 1.0 ampere per contact, contact resistance of 30 milliohms maximum (initial), and durability tested to 100 mating cycles minimum. This connector is ideal for mezzanine card applications where reliable, high-density interconnections are required between parallel PCBs.
