DESCRIPTION

The 1565749-1 is a 025 CAP ASSY connector system designed for automotive, truck, bus, and off-road applications. This 4-position, single-row header features a 0.087-inch (2.2 mm) centerline pitch and is rated for 12 VDC nominal operation with a maximum voltage rating of 12 VDC. The connector utilizes tin-plated contacts with 0.64 mm tab width and thickness, and is mounted horizontally through-hole solder termination on PCBs with recommended thickness of 1.2–1.6 mm. The housing measures 21.97 mm in length, 14 mm in width, and 12.5 mm in profile height from the PCB, with a locking interface for secure retention. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, this EU RoHS and ELV compliant connector is ideal for reliable signal distribution in automotive electrical systems where compact, durable interconnections are required.
