DESCRIPTION

1-5750913-9 is a 100-position AMPLIMITE .050 Series cable plug connector designed for wire lacing termination applications. This high-density D-sub connector features a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) centerline grid spacing and is configured for gray outer wire diameter (.029-.031 inch / 0.74-0.89 mm). The connector housing and covers are made from thermoplastic with 94V-0 flammability rating, while contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex plating featuring minimum .000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and tin on the termination end, all underplated with nickel. The shell is steel plated with tin-nickel alloy over nickel over copper. Recommended wire sizes are 28 AWG (0.08-0.09 mm²) or 30 AWG (0.05 mm²), solid or 7 strand. This connector requires a backshell kit for complete assembly and is ideal for data and device interconnect applications requiring reliable, high-density connections.
