DESCRIPTION
1601681-1 is a single-position RAST 5 in-line mating connector housing designed for wire-to-board connections. The housing is constructed from PA 6.6 plastic in natural color with a 5.0 mm centerline according to RAST 5 specifications. It supports wire sizes from 0.5 to 1.5 mm² with current ratings up to 16 A depending on wire gauge, and operates within a temperature range of -25°C to +105°C. The connector features air and creepage distances of =4.0 mm for 380 V applications, insulation resistance greater than 5 MO, and passes glow wire testing at 850°C. This connector is suitable for industrial and commercial applications requiring reliable electrical connections with polarization and keying features per RAST 5 specifications.
