DESCRIPTION

The 165429-1 is a PIDG SHUR-PLUG receptacle terminal designed for reliable wire termination in high-vibration environments. It accommodates a wire size of 16-14 AWG (1.04-2.62 mm²) and features a tin-plated copper body with a nylon insulation sleeve. This UL-approved terminal has a length of 0.972 inches and supports a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.157 inches. A key feature is the integrated copper sleeve which provides robust insulation support and vibration resistance, making it ideal for demanding applications in panel boxes, power supplies, motors, and aerospace.
