DESCRIPTION

The 1658620-1 is a 10-position, preassembled Novo receptacle connector with military-style polarization. It features two rows of tuning-fork contacts on .100 x .100 inch centers, designed for the mass termination of 26-28 AWG ribbon cable. The contacts have duplex plating, with .000015 inches of gold or gold flash over palladium-nickel on the mating end and tin on the termination end, all over a nickel underplate. This connector mates with .025 inch square or round posts, providing a reliable and cost-effective wire-to-board interconnect solution for various electronic equipment.
