DESCRIPTION
166309-3 is an AMPMODU high-pressure receptacle contact supplied in strip form for mini-applicator crimping applications. The contact is constructed from phosphor bronze material with a tin finish, featuring pre-tin plating of 2.0 µm and matt tin plating in Zone I. It is designed for wire sizes of 24-20 AWG (0.20-0.56 mm²) with a .055 crimper or 26 AWG (0.12-0.14 mm²) with a .042 crimper. The contact has a maximum length of 12.3 mm and a maximum cut-off of 0.25 mm. This receptacle contact is commonly used in modular connector systems requiring reliable high-pressure electrical connections.
