DESCRIPTION

169485 is a CERTI-CRIMP hand crimping tool designed for crimping PIDG terminals and splices onto copper wire. The tool features red and yellow color-coded handles, a ratchet mechanism that ensures full crimping before release, and insulation crimp adjustment pins for customizable grip settings. It is compatible with solid or stranded copper wire in the 30-14 AWG size range and produces a 1-dot code on crimped products. The jaw closure diameter specifications include GO dimension of 1.600 mm [0.0630 in] and NO-GO dimension of 1.753 mm [0.0690 in]. This tool is ideal for occasional use and low-volume applications in wire termination and electrical assembly work.
