DESCRIPTION

The 174327-1 is a screw lock set accessory for TE Connectivity AMPLIMITE Subminiature D HD-20 wire-to-board connectors, designed for PC board applications. This set features a mixed-thread configuration with M2.6 and #4-40 UNC screws, constructed from steel with nickel plating for corrosion resistance. The assembly includes dimensions of 4.78 mm (A) and 7.92 mm (B) as specified in Figure 7 of the connector accessory documentation. The screw lock set is supplied as two pieces per set and is commonly used to secure connector shells to mating D-subminiature connectors in industrial and commercial electronic equipment where reliable mechanical fastening is required.
