DESCRIPTION

The 1971795-1 is a receptacle contact designed for use in TE Connectivity's second-generation GRACE INERTIA 2.5mm pitch connector system. This tin-plated copper alloy contact features a dual-beam design for enhanced reliability and is lanceless to prevent snagging during assembly. It is intended for wire-to-board applications within a system rated for 50V AC/DC and up to 3.0A, accommodating wire sizes from #22 to #28 AWG. The GRACE INERTIA series is designed for use in a wide range of products, including large home appliances, industrial controls, and vending machines, where the system's inertia locking and Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) features ensure a stable and reliable connection.
