The assembly operates at 10 Gbps data rate and features TurboTwin copper cable construction with passive equalization, utilizing 28 AWG wire gauge for optimal performance and flexibility. The cable incorporates 100O ± 10O impedance with within-pair skew of less than 10 ps per meter and pair-to-pair skew of less than 60 ps per meter, ensuring excellent signal integrity across all four channels. The assembly is constructed with flexible PVC jacket, aluminum/poly tape shielded pairs, and tin-plated copper braid outer shield, with 30 µm gold-plated contact pads and tin-plated zinc diecast backshell and latch components. This breakout configuration enables simplified cable management and higher port density in intra-rack applications, with a bend radius of 3x OD static and 5x OD dynamic, and operates reliably over 0°C to 70°C temperature range while meeting RoHS compliance and UL Type CL2 safety certifications.
