DESCRIPTION

2118714-2 is a two-piece board level shielding (BLS) frame component designed to provide electromagnetic interference (EMI) isolation and minimize crosstalk in compact electronic assemblies. The frame is manufactured from nickel silver, galvanized and pre-plated cold rolled steel (CRS) with a material thickness of 0.20 mm and dimensions of 13.66 mm × 12.70 mm × 2.54 mm. Key technical features include a pitch of castellation and locking holes of 3.0 mm minimum, an inner bending radius of 0.10 mm minimum, and co-planarity of 0.08 mm (size dependent).
