DESCRIPTION

2-1761606-9 is a vertical header assembly with long eject latch and low-profile IDC (insulation displacement connector) design for 12-position applications. The housing is constructed from PBT material with UL94V-O rating in blue color, featuring phosphor bronze posts and zinc alloy latches for durability and reliable electrical contact. The posts are finished with gold flash over palladium-nickel plate (0.76 µm minimum on mating area) and 2.54 µm minimum tin plate on the solder-tail, with 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate. Key dimensional specifications include a housing length of 30.48 mm [1.200 inches], post spacing of 2.54 mm [0.100 inches], and a profile height of 14.61 mm [0.575 inches].
