The 2221860-6 is a sealed AMPLIMITE D-subminiature connector plug from TE Connectivity, designed for environmentally demanding applications requiring water and dust ingress protection to IP67 levels. This high-density Series 90 connector features Shell Size 6 with 104 contact positions and uses Size 22 contacts, providing maximum density in a compact form factor. The connector incorporates grommet sealing on the wire-entry end and a one-piece interfacial seal on the mating face, with internal connector sealant for comprehensive environmental protection. It has been tested and verified to exceed IP67 performance levels when submerged to 1 meter depth.
