DESCRIPTION

The 224442-1 is a support anvil designed for the installation of UPM connectors 223961-1 and 223962-1. Constructed from a single piece of aluminum, it is positioned within a PC board support fixture to provide a stable base for the circuit board during the seating process. The anvil features grooves that align with the connector's ACTION PIN contacts, ensuring proper placement and preventing damage during solderless installation. This tool is used in conjunction with Seating Tool 224441-1 to achieve a precise connector seating height of 20.7 mm.
