DESCRIPTION

The 2289944-1 is a 7-row, half left end, right-angle plug assembly from the MULTIGIG RT 2-R series, designed as a VITA 46 compliant daughtercard connector. It features phosphor bronze contacts with specific plating for reliable connections: 1.27 µm minimum gold in the pad contact area and 1.27 µm minimum tin on the PCB tail, all over a 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate. The connector's posts are made of brass wire with 1.27 µm minimum nickel plating. The housing is constructed from black, UL94V-0 rated LCP material, ensuring durability and flame resistance for high-performance computing and data communication applications.
