DESCRIPTION

2306314-5 is a SOLARLOK PV Edge decentralized junction box designed as a center box (no interface) for glass-glass edge mount solar panel applications. This junction box features a clamping and non-potting design that enables quick installation without hole drilling, using the panel edge as the mounting position. It is rated for 1500V DC operation with UL3703 and IEC62790 approvals, supports 15A standard or 17A special rated current, and provides IP68 waterproof protection (7 m / 24 hours). The unit operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +115°C and includes an integrated PV4-S interface with humidity control vent. Ideal for building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), bifacial solar panels, and half cell solar panels, this junction box offers improved reliability and faster installation times compared to traditional potted designs.
