DESCRIPTION

2-31818-1 is a SOLISTRAND ring tongue terminal designed for reliable crimp termination of solid, stranded, or irregular shaped wire conductors. Constructed of high-conductivity copper per ASTM B152 with tin plating per ASTM B545, this terminal features a brazed seam and "W" crimp design that provides high tensile strength and prevents pinched wires. The terminal is corrosion resistant and vibration resistant, with an operating temperature rating of 170°C. It meets or exceeds MIL-SPEC SAE AS7928 requirements (Type I, Class I) and is UL listed and CSA approved, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications including material handling equipment, motors, switchgear, and power supplies.
