DESCRIPTION

The 2-34105-2 is a SOLISTRAND brazed copper terminal designed for secure wire termination on M3.5 studs, accommodating 22-16 AWG wire sizes (0.26–1.65 mm²). Constructed of high-conductivity copper with a brazed seam and "W" crimp design, this terminal provides high tensile strength and prevents pinched wires during installation. The terminal features a bell-mouth barrel entrance for easy wire insertion and a compact width of 5.54 inches (140.7 mm) with a length of 4.49 inches (114.0 mm), making it suitable for terminations in tight spaces. With a maximum operating temperature of 170°C and UL/CSA approval, it meets or exceeds MIL Spec SAE AS7928 Type I, Class I requirements. This terminal is ideal for industrial applications including motors, heavy equipment, switchgear, and power supplies where reliable electrical connections and vibration resistance are essential.
