DESCRIPTION

2-747580-1 is a stepped ferrule designed for use with HDP-20 AMPLIMITE Subminiature D connector shielding hardware kits. This ferrule is compatible with shell sizes 4-5 and accommodates cable diameters ranging from 0.375 to 0.432 inches (9.53 to 10.97 mm). The ferrule features a stepped style with an L dimension of 0.625 inches (15.88 mm) and is used with die set 58238-1 for crimping applications. It is designed for use with Hand Crimping Tool Part No. 543344-1 or Pneumatic Bench Tool Part No. 312522-3 equipped with Die Set Holder Part No. 58449-1. This component is RoHS compliant and provides reliable cable strain relief and shielding termination for industrial and commercial cable connector assemblies.
