DESCRIPTION

The 2-87456-0 is an AMPMODU Mod IV receptacle assembly designed for vertical mount applications with dual-entry, end-stackable configuration. It features a low-profile design with 0.100 x 0.100 inch [2.54 x 2.54 mm] centerline spacing and 0.200 inch [5.08 mm] tine spacing, constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic housing rated 94V-0. The contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex plating options: Plating A offers 0.000030 inch [0.00076 mm] gold on contact area with 0.000150-0.000300 inch [0.00381-0.00762 mm] matte tin on solder area and 0.000050 inch [0.00127 mm] nickel overall; Plating B provides 0.000010 inch [0.000254 mm] gold on contact area with equivalent tin and nickel plating. The assembly supports end-to-end stacking capability and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for compact interconnection applications requiring reliable mating with gold or duplex-plated headers.
