DESCRIPTION

2-87456-6 is a double-row Mod IV connector housing designed for wire-to-board interconnection applications within the AMPMODU Interconnection System. This 30-position housing features a .100 x .100 inch [2.54 x 2.54 mm] centerline spacing with dimension A of 1.500 inches [38.10 mm] and dimension B of 1.400 inches [35.56 mm]. The housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic material in black with a 94V-0 flammability rating. It accepts wire-applied contacts that terminate 32-20 AWG [0.03-0.6 mm²] discrete wire and mates with .025 inch [0.64 mm] square or round posts. This stamped housing variant is ideal for applications requiring reliable wire-to-board connections with dual cantilever contact beams featuring anti-overstress protection.
