DESCRIPTION

2-87631-0 is a double-row wire-applied connector housing with polarization and detent latching, part of the AMPMODU Mod IV Interconnection System. This 24-position housing features dimensions of A = 1.200 in [30.48 mm], B = 0.600 in [15.24 mm], and C = 0.600 in [15.24 mm], with 2 detents for secure mating. The housing is made from glass-filled thermoplastic with a 94V-0 flammability rating and is designed to accept wire-applied contacts terminating 32-20 AWG [0.03-0.6 mm²] discrete wire. It is compatible with receptacle contacts that mate with 0.025 in [0.64 mm] square or round posts and features dual cantilever contact beams with built-in anti-overstress protection. This housing is RoHS compliant and is ideal for wire-to-board applications requiring reliable, polarized connections.
