DESCRIPTION

The 305183-4 is a manual extraction tool designed to remove Type I, Size 14 pin and socket contacts from Multimate connectors. The tool features a handle with a sleeve mechanism to release the contact locking lance and a push rod button to eject the contact. It is available in two construction styles: plastic handle with steel components, or aluminum push rod button with steel components. The tool measures 4.11 mm (0.162 in) at dimension A, 4.55 mm (0.179 in) at dimension B, 25.65 mm (1.01 in) at dimension C, 71.88 mm (2.83 in) at dimension D, and 104.90 mm (4.13 in) at dimension E. This extraction tool is intended for occasional use and low-volume connector maintenance applications in telecommunications and industrial connector assembly environments.
