DESCRIPTION

The 321867-2 is a ring tongue terminal connector designed for 1/0 AWG solid or stranded copper wire applications. It features a circular mil area of 42.4–60.6 mm² (83,700–118,500 circular mils) and is constructed from annealed copper per ASTM B152. The terminal incorporates multiple protective coatings: tin plate (0.00254 mm minimum thickness per ASTM B-545), nickel plate (0.00762 mm minimum external thickness per QQ-N-290), and gold plate (0.00127 mm minimum external thickness per ASTM B488 Type 1 Code C) over nickel and copper flash. With a maximum recommended operating temperature of 343°C (649°F), this terminal is rated for high-temperature applications and is certified to standards E13288 and LR7189. The brazed seam construction with M8 stud compatibility and specified dimensional tolerances make it suitable for demanding electrical connections in industrial, automotive, and power distribution systems.
