DESCRIPTION

324444 is an AMPOWER splice connector engineered for large-gauge stranded copper wires in power generation and distribution systems. It accommodates wire sizes from 2/0 AWG (119,500–190,000 circular mils) and features a seamless tubular copper barrel construction with annealed copper base material (ASTM B-188) for maximum conductivity and reliability. The connector has a barrel inner diameter of 0.523 inches (13.28 mm), wall thickness of 0.047 inches (1.19 mm), and maximum length of 0.64 inches (16.26 mm). This splice is ideal for continuous-duty electrical equipment such as generators, motors, and welders, where low-cost, reliable connections for large cables are essential. It is UL-listed (File No. E13288, Spec. 486) and CSA-certified (File No. LR7189), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
