DESCRIPTION

326859 is a PIDG terminal splice connector designed for electrical connections in industrial applications. It accommodates 26-22 AWG wire (0.12-0.40 mm²) and features an M3.5 stud size with a width of 2.50 inches (6.35 mm) and length of 0.679 inches (17.25 mm). The terminal is constructed from high-conductivity copper with tin plating for optimal corrosion protection, and includes a copper sleeve for vibration resistance and improved wire insulation support. The body incorporates inner serrations for maximum electrical contact and tensile strength, with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.082 inches (2.08 mm). This connector is rated for 300V operating voltage and 105°C maximum operating temperature, making it suitable for instruments, control systems, lighting, power supplies, panel boxes, transportation, lifting equipment, motors, aerospace applications, and appliances. The terminal is UL/CSA listed and MIL-Spec approved, with color-coded insulation sleeves for easy identification and termination.
