DESCRIPTION

328394 is a PIDG terminal designed for 22-16 AWG wire gauge (0.26-1.65 mm²) with an M2 stud size connection. The terminal is constructed from high-conductivity copper with tin plating for optimal corrosion protection and features a copper sleeve for vibration resistance and improved wire insulation support. The body incorporates inner serrations for maximum electrical contact and tensile strength. The terminal has a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.356 inches (9.04 mm) and is color-coded for easy identification and termination with TE Connectivity tooling. This PIDG terminal is UL/CSA listed and MIL-Spec approved, with an operating temperature rating of 105°C and operating voltage of 300V, making it suitable for industrial applications including instruments, control systems, lighting, power supplies, panel boxes, transportation, lifting equipment, motors, aerospace, and appliances.
