DESCRIPTION

RL73K3AR10JTE is a thick-film chip resistor from the RL73 Series designed for current sensing in power management applications. This 2512 (3A) package size resistor features a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±200 PPM/°C and a power rating of 1W at 70°C, with a resistance range of R10 to R91 ohms. The device incorporates a special metal glaze resistive element with a nickel barrier layer beneath the solder to extend terminal life and ensure reliable performance. It is ideal for battery charge management, low voltage power supplies, communications, audio, and automotive applications where accurate current detection is required. The resistor operates over a maximum temperature range of -55°C to +155°C and features electroplated 100% matte tin terminal finish for enhanced solderability.
