DESCRIPTION

487545-3 is a single row latch style receptacle housing designed for cable-to-board interconnection applications within the AMPMODU System 50 connector family. This 6-position housing features a .050 x .100 inch [1.27 x 2.54 mm] centerline spacing and accepts .015 inch [0.38 mm] square posts with lengths ranging from .125 to .350 inch [3.18-8.89 mm]. The housing has dimension A of .250 inch [6.35 mm] and dimension B of .344 inch [8.74 mm]. It is commonly used in electronic applications requiring reliable cable-to-board connections with a secure latching mechanism for improved retention.
