DESCRIPTION

499910-8 is a 34-position universal AMP-LATCH header assembly designed for PCB mounting applications. The header features brass posts with gold flash over palladium-nickel plating on the contact area and tin-lead plating on the solder tails, housed in a glass-filled nylon or polyester housing rated 94V-0. Key dimensions include A: 58.42 mm [2.300], B: 62.48 mm [2.460], C: 52.32 mm [2.060], D: 58.42 mm [2.300], E: 40.64 mm [1.600], and F: 48.26 mm [1.900]. The assembly includes ejection latches and is designed for use with a recommended PCB thickness of 1.57 mm [0.062]. This header is suitable for reliable board-to-board or wire-to-board interconnect applications requiring secure latching mechanisms.
